XLRI, India’s first and leading business school, is proud to host the inaugural Global Banking and Finance Conference during February 5-7, 2024. We warmly invite researchers, academics, and industry professionals to present original research and participate in insightful discussions aimed at advancing the frontiers of knowledge and research excellence in banking and finance. The conference serves as a platform for sharing cutting-edge research, innovative ideas, and novel perspectives across all areas of finance. The conference program will feature keynote addresses by luminaries in finance, concurrent sessions for research paper presentations, and doctoral workshops. It will be conducted offline at XLRI-Xavier School of Management’s state-of-the-art Delhi-NCR Campus, which is situated an hour from the Delhi International Airport.
Please submit your full paper or extended abstract (in PDF format) via the Conference Submission Portal at https://editorialexpress.com/conference/GBFC2026/ (login required) by November 15, 2025. Early submissions are strongly encouraged and will receive priority in the review process. The cover page of each submission should clearly mention the title of the paper, along with the names, affiliations, mailing addresses, and email IDs of all authors. Please note that only full papers will be assigned to discussants and will be eligible for Best Paper Awards. Extended abstracts may be considered for presentation, but they will not qualify for any awards. Authors of accepted papers will be expected to serve as discussants for another paper within their area of interest, if required. There is no submission fee. However, if a paper is accepted for presentation, the author(s) will be required to pay the conference registration fee. The registration fee includes all meals—breakfasts, lunches, dinners—as well as the gala dinner, reception, and coffee breaks during the conference. After the conference, authors of select high quality papers will be invited to submit their paper to the following journals supporting the conference. The submissions will be reviewed according to the review criteria of the respective journals. Please note that acceptance of the paper in the conference and/or submission to the journal does not guarantee publication.

Venue and Accommodation
The conference will be held at XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Delhi-NCR Campus. XLRI Delhi- NCR is a fully residential campus, home to faculty, staff, students, and visiting guests. The campus houses over 100 air-conditioned executive rooms within its Guest Houses, equipped with all essential amenities. We strongly encourage all participants to opt for on-campus accommodation during the conference to make the most of their time and engagement. Meals will be provided by the institute on all conference days.
Nearby hotels are located in Gurugram, approximately 45 minutes by car from the campus. Special conference rates will be available at select hotels. Details regarding registration and accommodation will be shared following paper acceptance.
XLRI Delhi-NCR is about one hour’s drive from Delhi Airport. Participants may travel by services like Uber or Meru Cab. Specific cab vendor information will also be provided upon registration.
