The Strategic HR Leadership program teaches participants how to align HR strategies with the overall goals and objectives of the organization, and addresses the challenges faced in today’s business landscape.

It covers leadership and strategic management skills, managing a diverse workforce that includes multiple generations, gig workers, contractual and remote workers, and quiet quitters, and addresses employee wellness and mental well-being, diversity and inclusivity, and the future of industrial relations and labour laws. Fee Structure

The total course fee is Rs.1,99,000 + 18% GST. Attractive EMI options with flexible tenures available.

Eligibility

Graduate (10+2+3 or 10+2+4)

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles

Submission of a Statement of Purpose

Assessment And Evaluation

The examination and evaluation required for certification shall be carried out online by XLRI Delhi-NCR. The faculty members teaching their respective courses will choose the method of evaluation most appropriate to the course.

Campus Visit

Participants get the opportunity of staying at the XLRI Delhi-NCR campus for 2 days for immersion programs. The accommodation including food can be offered in Twin Sharing basis @Rs.2500 + GST or Single Occupancy @Rs.4000 + GST.

The dates for in-campus immersion sessions will be communicated well in advance. Attendance to the in-campus module is MANDATORY for all participants subject to prevailing regulatory stipulations pertaining to the pandemic.

Certification

After successful completion of this program, students will receive a certificate of completion of “Executive Development Program in Strategic HR Leadership” from XLEAD | XLRI.

*Alumni Status

Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive the Executive Education Alumni (optional). An Additional Rs. 20,000 + GST payable to XLRI Alumni Association.

Dr. Ankit

Dr. Ankit is an Assistant Professor at XLRI Delhi-NCR. He holds a PhD from IIM Lucknow and is an expert in the field of organizational behaviour. He has multiple journal publications to his name and is a prominent name at global HR conferences.

Currently, Visiting Professor of Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources - S.P. Jain Institute of Management Studies and Research and XLRI Delhi Centre, and Director, Keith D'Souza & Associates HR and OD Services, Mumbai.

Dr. Snigdha Pattnaik

Dr. Pattnaik has been Pro Vice Chancellor at Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University. She has also served as Professor in HRM and Founding Dean of the School of HRM at XIM University, Bhubaneswar. She is a visiting faculty at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and at the Universidad Loyola Andalucia, Seville, Spain.
