About the Director

Fr. Dr. K. S. Casimir, S.J.  secured his Ph.D. from NIT Warangal. After his stellar leadership roles in higher education for over two and a half decades at Loyola Higher Education institutions in Hyderabad, he assumed the mantle of leadership as the Director of XLRI Delhi-NCR in August 2022. He brings his rich and varied experience both in academics and administration to his new mission.

He teaches business communication and trains educators and professionals in communicative competence and constantly seeks to kindle in his students and community a sense of urgency to recognize their own depths in order to savor their inner joy and to find personal and professional fulfillment.

Communicative competence, servant leadership for organizational transformation, personal and professional growth and excellence are his areas of passion and has conducted conferences and FDPs across the country in these areas.
