Technical Requirements
- Laptop/Desktop with Win-7 and above or a corresponding Apple laptop/Desktop

Eligibility
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience after completing graduation (HR roles are recommended)
Fee Structure
The total course fee is Rs.1,49,000 + 18% GST. Attractive EMI options with flexible tenures available.
Assessment And Evaluation
The examination and evaluation required for certification shall be carried out online by XLRI Delhi-NCR. The faculty members teaching their respective courses will choose the method of evaluation most appropriate to the course.
Campus Visit
Participants get the opportunity of staying at the XLRI| Delhi – NCR campus for 2 days for immersion programs. The accommodation including food can be offered in Twin Sharing basis @Rs.2000 + GST or Single Occupancy @Rs.3500 + GST.
The dates for in-campus immersion sessions will be communicated well in advance. Attendance to the in-campus module is MANDATORY for all participants subject to prevailing regulatory stipulations pertaining to the pandemic.
Certification
After successful completion of this program, students will receive a “Postgraduate Certificate in Digital HR Transformation & People Analytics” from XLRI Delhi-NCR Campus.
Alumni Status
On successful completion of the program, you will earn the Executive Alumni Status from XLRI| Delhi-NCR Campus and may avail all the related benefits.
