Bodhi Tree is a legacy that started in XLRI and has grown in stature over the years and has become more than just the official XLRI band. With all time hits like “GMD”, “XL ki kudiyan” and “XL Meri Jaan” garnering over a million hits on Youtube and having a loyal fan base, Bodhi Tree is all about love, life and the much famed “XL Culture”. The band performs at events happening at XLRI, be it Ensemble or our very own “Bodhi Night”.

While mainstream rock and fusion forms a majority of the setlists, experimenting with other genres such as Alternative, Pop and Eastern has resulted in the band delivering a myriad range of performances, much appreciated by fellow colleagues. The band practices in the Bodhi practice pad in the XLRI campus, also called the Bodhi room, with fellow mates joining in on the fun. The band members keep rotating every year with the outgoing batch handing over the much coveted title to the junior members.
