IDEA@XL (Inclusion, Diversity and Empowerment Association at XLRI) functions under the aegis of the institute’s faculty headed Committee Against Sexual Harassment (CASH) at XLRI, which has been constituted under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, to spread awareness about sexual harassment, discrimination and to promote equality and respect towards creating a harmonious environment in the campus.

WHO CAN APPROACH US?

Any student of the campus, irrespective of their gender, race or sexual orientation can approach any committee member, or the CASH Faculty committee member directly to seek redressal, help or counselling regarding any issues pertaining to sexual harassment, discrimination, assault or any distress due to gender related issues.

You can contact any member of the Faculty CASH committee or any IDEA member through email, phone or approach us directly regarding any issues.

NOTE: Persons making complaints with malignant intentions may face serious repercussions.
