This is a comprehensive 11-month program designed for Senior Managers, Entrepreneurs, and professionals offered by XLRI Delhi-NCR and ACCREDIAN. Fee Structure
The total course fee is Rs.2,80,000 + 18% GST. Attractive EMI options with flexible tenures available.
Assessment And Evaluation
The examination and evaluation required for certification shall be carried out online by XLRI Delhi-NCR. The faculty members teaching their respective courses will choose the method of evaluation most appropriate to the course.
Campus Visit
Participants get the opportunity of staying at the XLRI | Delhi – NCR campus for immersion programs. The dates for in-campus immersion sessions will be communicated well in advance. Attendance to the in-campus module is MANDATORY for all participants subject to prevailing regulatory stipulations pertaining to the pandemic.

Dr. Faisal Ahsan
Dr. Faisal Ahsan holds an FPM/Ph.D. from IIM Lucknow, an M.Tech from IIT Delhi, and a B.Tech from AMU, Aligarh. Currently an Assistant Professor at XLRI Delhi-NCR, he previously taught at IIM Ranchi. With over a decade at TATA Motors, he combines academic excellence with extensive industry experience.
Dr. Ankit
Dr. Ankit is an Assistant Professor at XLRI Delhi-NCR. He holds a PhD from IIM Lucknow and is an expert in the field of organizational behaviour. He has multiple journal publications to his name and is a prominent name at global HR conferences.
