XLRI Delhi-NCR Celebrates

5th Annual convocation

Delhi-NCR, April 06, 2026: XLRI Delhi-NCR held its 5th Annual Convocation Ceremony, marking a significant milestone in the institute’s journey to shape responsible and future-ready leaders. The event was presided over by Mr. Suresh Narayanan, Former Chairman & Managing Director, Nestle India Ltd., as the Chief Guest, who delivered the convocation address. As a special highlight of the ceremony, Chairman Mr. T.V. Narendran presented the prestigious Fr. E. Abraham Medal for Management & Industrial Development to Mr. Narayanan in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field.

 

A total of 207 students received their diplomas at the convocation ceremony – 177 from the Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Business Management (PGDM-BM) and 30 from the Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Venture Creation Development (PGDM-IEV). The solemn ceremony was held at the XLRI Delhi-NCR campus in Jhajjar, Haryana, in the presence of distinguished faculty, staff, and families of the graduating students.

 

As part of the convocation proceedings, exceptional students were honoured for their academic excellence and holistic development. From the PGDM-BM batch, Kunal Bhardwaj was awarded the XLRI Delhi-NCR Medal for Best All-round Student, while Shivangi Joshi received the Medal for Highest CQPI among Women Students. Madhav Sharma was conferred both the Medal for Highest CQPI – BM and the Medal for Highest CQPI – Economics and Finance. From the PGDM-IEV cohort, Poorva Sharma was recognized as the Best All-round Student, and Shubhankar Dekhane received the Medal for Highest CQPI – IEV. These recognitions underscore the institute’s commitment to fostering academic rigour and leadership potential across disciplines.
