Work Experience
Associate Professor at St. Xavier’s College, Jaipur, holds a Fellow in Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
He was an Associate Professor at St. Xavier’s College-Xavier Institute of Management and Informatics, Jaipur. His academic association with XLRI includes serving as Visiting Faculty (2021–2022) and Assistant Professor (2017–2021) in the Department of Organisational Behaviour. Beyond academics, Fr. Nelson has contributed to Jesuit higher education leadership as Vice President and Treasurer of the Jaipur Xavier Educational Association (JXEA), where he played a key role in governance and financial stewardship.
Fr. Nelson brings with him an academic and research background in organisational behaviour, leadership, and management. Fr. Nelson has several publications and conference papers to his credit, with research themes spanning leadership, spirituality, human dignity, and responsible management practices.
