Professional Experience:

  • Co-founding and initiating Global Young Researchers’ Academy (GYRA) in collaboration with a community of scientists, educators, and professionals to promote research temper among middle school students.
  • Co-founding Scientia Research Lab at Different Art Centre (DAC), Trivandrum.
  • Editing and publishing Sneha Sena Illustrated monthly magazine in Malayalam for children for 12 years.
  • Founding, editing and publishing for past five years Tik-Tik Life Children’s Magazine in English for fostering values.
  • Publishing books from the official publishing house of the Province: Yathra Publications, Kochi.
  • Chief of the organizing committee of the international conference of ex-leaders in diaspora of All Kerala Youth League, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2022.\
  • Organized and conducted of 53 seminars and workshops on leadership skills for youth and children in various schools and colleges across South India between 2011 and 2017.
  • Organized and conducted 24 training workshops and seminars for teachers in various schools in the South India between 2012 and 2017.
