Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold a graduation degree (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) from a recognised university, ensuring a strong academic foundation.
Minimum Marks
A minimum aggregate of 50% is required (45% for reserved categories). Exceptional candidates with strong work profiles are welcomed.
Work Experience
At least 3 years of executive, managerial, or supervisory experience is mandatory, bringing real-world insight to the classroom.

✦ XLRI conducts a separate online test for candidates who do not have scores in the above-mentioned tests. The date and time of the test will be communicated to candidates immediately after the shortlisting process. The test is generally conducted towards the end of each month until July.
