Who Should Apply?

Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold a graduation degree (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) from a recognised university, ensuring a strong academic foundation.
Minimum Marks
A minimum aggregate of 50% is required (45% for reserved categories). Exceptional candidates with strong work profiles are welcomed.
Work Experience
At least 3 years of executive, managerial, or supervisory experience is mandatory, bringing real-world insight to the classroom.
Shortlisting Criteria
How We Select the Best?
Candidates may be required to submit valid test scores from XAT/CAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT or appear for common entrance test conducted by respective state governments or central government.
Shortlisting of candidates will be based on a composite score, computed using the following components:
✦ XLRI conducts a separate online test for candidates who do not have scores in the above-mentioned tests.
✦ The schedule and other details of the test will be communicated to candidates immediately after the shortlisting process.
